Cloxy is a staffing platform that connects businesses posting temporary shifts with workers looking for flexible work. We facilitate the connection but are not a party to the employment relationship between businesses and workers.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your profile information. You agree to provide truthful information about your identity, work experience, and business details. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension.

For Businesses

You agree to provide accurate shift details including pay, time, location, and requirements. You are responsible for compensating workers as described in the shift posting. You agree to rate workers fairly and honestly.

For Workers

You agree to show up on time for accepted shifts and perform your duties as described. Repeated no-shows or cancellations may affect your account standing and ratings.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Cloxy for any unlawful purpose, to harass other users, to post misleading information, or to attempt to circumvent our platform's processes.
